1. Who controls your data
The controller is Jakub Bigosiński Game Production, ul. Janusza Meissnera 6/195, 31-457 Kraków, Poland. You can contact the controller at dev@gameproduction.pl.
2. Data collected through the contact form
When you use the form, we process your name, email address, message and the technical information required to deliver and protect the form. Please do not include sensitive data or confidential build credentials in your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use form data to answer your enquiry, discuss potential cooperation and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence and protecting the form from abuse. Where the form asks for consent, it confirms that you intentionally submit the data for this purpose.
4. Server and security data
The web server may temporarily record standard request information such as IP address, request time, requested resource, response status and browser identifier. These logs are used only to operate the website, investigate errors and protect it against misuse. The contact handler writes technical error events without storing the submitted message in its application log.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A short-lived, secure session cookie is used only to protect the contact form against forged requests. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser so the interface can remain in the selected language; it is not transmitted for profiling.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, server administration and email infrastructure providers only to the extent needed to deliver the website and correspondence. The current form sends mail through the website operator’s local mail infrastructure. We do not sell personal data. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area in the future, an appropriate GDPR transfer safeguard will be used and this policy will be updated.
7. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to answer it, continue the business discussion, comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims. Messages that do not lead to cooperation are normally deleted when they are no longer useful for these purposes. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period and then rotated.
8. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. To exercise a right, email dev@gameproduction.pl; we may need to verify your identity.
9. Is providing data required?
Providing data through the contact form is voluntary, but without a valid return address and message we cannot respond. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, legal requirements or processing practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
